There are a number of benefits that come with being a W-2 employee. Please review the following information to make sure you are aware of all the benefits that you qualify for.
OOTB prioritizes a safe workplace for all employees. We collaborate with clients and producers to provide information and protocols that support a safe work environment and comply with California’s SB 553 law, which is aimed at addressing workplace violence.
IRS Form W-4, or the Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate, tells your employer how much federal income tax should be withheld from your paycheck. If you have previously worked primarily as an independent contractor, or work a combination of W-2 and 1099 jobs, filling out this form can be a little unfamiliar and potentially more complex. We recommend reading the instructions thoroughly and giving yourself enough time to complete it accurately.
